Pradeep Gairola

Pradeep Gairola is a great Yoga instructor fromRishikesh( the city of yoga) Indiainvited by Body & Soul Yoga to China. He has been practicing yogasince very little. Before he came to Body & Soul Shanghai, he taught yogain Sheetal Paramedical Institute Rishikesh , VEDNIKETAN Rishikesh India anda few resorts and hotels of Rishikesh India.
Pradeep teaches ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, iyengaryoga, hot yoga, kriya yoga, meditation and pranayama.
He also treats yoga as a therapy. Pradeep has a diploma in yoga Sadhana coursefrom PARMARTH NIKETAN Rishikesh India.
He had yoga teacher training course certificate & Yoga Sadhana Coursecertificate from Devbhoomi International Spiritual Yoga and Naturopath ResearchCentre.
Pradeep has 3 years' diploma in yogic science and naturopath.
He has done senior secondary from I.G.N.O.U. (Indra Gandhi National OpenUniversity Delhi Board).

Pradeep来自于印度瑜珈发源地Rishikesh(瑞诗凯诗),自2000年起练习瑜珈 ,曾任职于印度瑞诗凯诗VED NIKETAN学校和SheetalParamedical Institute,擅长瑜珈治疗,曾任教于 Sheetal ParamedicalInstitute 和一些顶级度假酒店等机构,获得专业瑜珈证书和曾以3年的时间专门研习瑜珈科学和瑜珈治疗学。并且自己研创了一套抵抗衰老的瑜珈练习方法。

Before teaching yoga, Cana used to be an artteacher graduating from music department in normal university. Cana has beenpractising yoga for 6 years since the year of 2002, and teaching yoga since2005. Day by day, she built up the clearand natural style of her own. Students love her class for the perfectcombination of power and flexibility, as wellas the the levels controlled when she's teaching.

毕业于师范学院音乐系,在教授瑜珈之前曾是一名艺术课教师。从2002年接触到瑜珈至今已有6年的习练时间,2005年开始专心研习瑜珈并全心投入瑜珈教学。授课风格清晰、流畅、深入浅出、力量和柔韧兼具,颇受学员喜爱。

2002年开始习练瑜珈,曾参加过多位世界著名瑜珈导师的培训。在不断地自我学习和教学过程中,积累了丰富的瑜珈理论知识和教学经验,为高质量的教学打下了坚实的基础。

Richard Baimbridge

美国的Richard教练,非常资深的瑜珈教练,来自美国,中英文授课。

Richard Baimbridge, from America, began practicing yoga at Jiva Mukti Yoga Center and Bhava Yoga in New York City, studyingwith highly respected vinyasa teachers like David Life. On a visit to Chinain 1999, he discovered Chen-style tai qi. His interest in martial arts grewquickly, taking him to a Shaolin monastery, high in the mountains of Yunnan, where he spent ayear as a monk, undergoing intense training in wushu and Buddhism. Aworld-traveler and renowned journalist, Richard often writes about yoga,martial arts, and travel for magazines in China,Europe and the USA.His interest in martial arts, particularly tai qi, has influenced his yogatremendously, as have the teachings of other martial artists/yogis such asDuncan Wong and Matthew Cohen. Richard’s classes are equal parts humor, energy,and spirituality, inspired by the wisdom he gained in the temples of China and India. Li Cha De teaches in bothMandarin and English, and his main yogic influences are Pattabhi Jois, BKSIyengar, David Life, Duncan Wong, and Bikram.

Louiza Brose
Louiza graduated from the Free University of Berlin. She has been practicing Yoga for about 8 years. She got systemic yoga training on Hatha-Yoga, Meditation and Autogenously training from the Bund der yoga vidya lehrer e.v. located in Frankfurt Germany. In 2003 Louiza got her Yoga-trainer license. Since then she has taught Yoga in several fitness and Yoga studios in Berlin.

Languages: English, German, Russian, French, Chinese (basic)
Louiza is also good at dance (Salsa, Tango Argentina), music (Piano, Vocal).

Winnie is come from Indonesia.
She is a certificated professional Yoga instructor also.
Winnie is good at Hatha Yoga.

Winnie is extremely talent on Latin dance meanwhile. She won the Champion Prize for Salsa Dance, the Champion Prize for Latin Samba Dance,the 2nd Prize for Latin Rumba Dance, the 2nd Prize for Latin Cha Cha Cha Dance(Singapore); Festiva la Danza; October 23, 2004.
